ALBERT WAYNE MCROBIE

Albert Wayne McRobie, age 72, of Alliance and formerly of Port Washington, O., passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2018, at Altercare of Alliance Center, following an extended illness.

Born on August 3, 1945, in Keyser, Maryland, Albert was the son of the late Albert B. McRobie Sr. and Glendene (Michaels) McRobie.  He was employed for 39 years at Gradall from June 17, 1963 until December 27, 2002, as a draftsman until his retirement in 2002.  Albert enjoyed motor cross, hiking, hunting and anything outdoors.

In addition to his parents, Albert is preceded in death by his wife Barbara Ann (McBeth) McRobie, who passed away November 1, 2010; one sister and 3 brothers.

Albert is survived by his daughters Amy (Valentin) Lutyj of Munroe Falls, O., Lisa (Steve) Swigert of Uhrichsville and Tina (Darin) Todd of Virginia ; grandchildren Taylor Deininger and Carly Lutyj, Sierra and Stone Swigert, Hannah and Emma Todd.

Graveside services for Albert will be held at 1 p.m., on Thursday, February 15, 2018, at Union Cemetery in Uhrichsville with the Rev. Andy McClung officiating.  

No calling hours will be observed.
