FAYE LOUISE ORR

Faye Louise Orr, age 89, of Uhrichsville, O., passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2018, at the Community Hospice House in New Philadelphia, following an extended illness.

Born on November 12, 1928, in Dennison, Faye was the daughter of the late James and Mary (Figley) Scott.  Faye was a homemaker and a member of the Grace United Methodist Church in Uhrichsville.  She enjoyed playing the piano and church activities.

In addition to her parents, Faye is preceded in death by her husband Robert E. Orr, who passed away February 10, 2007; a son Steven Orr; a daughter Brenda Ward; brothers Carl, Raymond and Robert Scott; sisters Eleanor Lee and Doris Fowler and son-in-law Darrell Lendon.

Faye is survived by her children Kenneth E. (Debra) Orr of Kingman, Arizona, Karen Lendon of Uhrichsville and Donna (Ross) Lendon of Newport; brother Gale (Ruthann) Scott of Midvale; sister Lola Milligan of Dennison and Janice (Donald) Stevens of Newport;  grandchildren Lori Wiggins, Missy Wilson, Sara Armstrong, Jeremy Orr, Kenneth Orr II, Angela (Frank) Burton, Stacy (David) Robson, Darrell (Alyson Carpenter) Lendon, Ross (Stephanie) Lendon Jr., Jason (Kate) Lendon, Katie (Dan) Wilkerson, Faith (Charles) Callis and Robert Doyle (Stormie) Chamberland and numerous great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Faye will be held at 4 p.m., on Wednesday, January 10, 2018, at the Uhrich-Hostettler English Funeral Home, Inc. with the Rev. Larry Malterer officiating. 

Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 p.m., (two hours prior to services) on Wednesday, January 10, 2018, at the funeral home.
