I was so sorry to hear about Jack's passing. I loved talking with him and saying hi every Sunday! My condolences to all of you in the loss of a truly great person. I will miss him greatly!

Jack was one of my favorite patients when he came to the office. Always brought me a laugh, a smile, and Hershey Kisses. Blessed to know him; he will be missed by many. My condolences, thoughts and prayers to his family and friends.
