MARY STEVE

Mary Steve, age 89, of Uhrichsville, O., passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, at Amberwood Manor in New Philadelphia.

Born on October 6, 1927 in Tuscarawas, Mary was the daughter of the late Steve and Sophia (Korosedies) John.

In addition to her parents, Mary is preceded in death by two brothers Andy and John Steve and a sister Morphi Xenos.

Mary was a graduate of Tuscarawas High School. She retired at the age of 80 after more than 43 years at Fab Ohio. Mary was a member of the St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Massillon.  She enjoyed yard work, gardening and spending time with family and friends.

Mary is survived by her nieces and nephews Albis Samonides, Marilyn (Nick) Mourouzis, David (Cheryl) Steve, Jim Steve, Sue (Tim) Hart, Monty (Juliann) Hoffman, Curt (Megan) Steve, Tina (Craig) Birch, Melissa (Kevin) Milligan and Tami Steve, as well as numerous other great nieces and nephews.

Private family services will be held on Monday, December 5, 2016 with the Father C. G. Shiepis officiating, at the Uhrich-Hostettler English Funeral Home, Inc. at Uhrichsville.  Burial will follow at Union Cemetery in Uhrichsville.
