ROSE ANN BROWNING
Rose Ann Browning, age 72, of Uhrichsville, O., passed away at Union Hospital in Dover, on Sunday, April 3, 2016. Born September 25, 1943 in Dennison, O., she was the daughter of the late Robert and Julia (Wenger) Stocker.
Rose graduated from Dennison High School in 1961. She was employed at Rod’s Donut Shop for 25 years. A lifelong resident of the area, Rose was an avid reader. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, video games, the Cleveland Indians and she was good at trivia.
Rose is survived by her husband Ronald Browning of the home; her daughters Holly (James “Bucky”) Myers of Uhrichsville and Teresa (Benjamin) Gunter of Cleveland; sister Anola Ramsey of Dennison; brother Robert Stocker of Dennison and two grandchildren Elyse (Christopher) Brillhart and Maseo Browning.
In addition to her parents, Rose was preceded in death by a sister Rena Patterson.
Calling hours for Rose will be from 4 to 7 p.m., on Monday, April 11, 2016, with memorial services to follow at 7 p.m., at the Uhrich-Hostettler English Funeral Home, Inc. at Uhrichsville, with the Rev. Don Kraps officiating.
