AVAYA FAITH WESTERN

Avaya Faith Western, 2 months, of Dennison, passed away on April 8, 2017, at Akron Children’s Hospital, due to complications from birth.

Avaya was born January 31, 2017 at Akron General, the daughter of Austin Michael and Chelsea Lee (Hixson) Western of Dennison.  Also surviving are her maternal grandparents Kim and Ken Hixson; paternal grandparents Jennifer and James Meek and Mike Western; maternal great grandmothers Alice Sippel and Pepita Hixson; paternal great grandparents Dave and Betty Beaver, Mike and Jacki Henry, Butch and Janie Western, Jim and Carol Meek and Scot and Bobbie Kirkpatrick; aunts and uncles T. J. (Sarah) Johnson, Allyson Johnson, Coltin Meek, Alyssa Meek and Mikelle Western.

Avaya is preceded in death by her maternal great grandparents Tom Sippel and James Hixson.

Memorial services for Avaya will be held at 2 p.m., on Friday, April 14, 2017, at the Uhrich-Hostettler English Funeral Home, Inc. at Uhrichsville, with the Pastor James Reed and the Pastor Kermit Hall officiating.

Calling hours will be from 12 to 2 p.m., (two hours prior to services) on Friday, April 14, 2017 at the funeral home.
