On July 30, 2019, Jacqueline D. Upshaw Gadison was welcomed Home.
Born March 21, 1953 to James "Chip" Truman and Mattie Upshaw (Watkins) in Dennison, Ohio, Jackie was a graduate of Claymont High School in 1972. She briefly lived in Columbus, Ohio, but ultimately settled in Canton, Ohio in late 1972 and remained a resident until her passing.

Special Thanks to niece Marchelle (Truman) Jackson.
We take comfort knowing that Jackie is again united with her mother and father, her brothers Robert, Raymond, Matthew, Gary, her sister Fannie, and her cousins Melvin "Jimmy" and Jackie.
A memorial service for Jackie will be held at 12 noon, on Friday, August 9, 2019, at the Uhrich-Hostettler English Funeral Home, Inc. at Uhrichsville, with the Pastor Rasheed As-Samad of the First Baptist Church of Dover officiating. Mother of many, love was plenty
Loved by many, Love was hard, love was friendly
Life was long, her touch was longer
Her presence was strong, Her heart was stronger
As days rise and set we come closer to reunite
Until then Mother I’ll never lose sight
My sister part you, our kids part you
As we all strive for greatness the world could never forget you.
Her final words to Roger and Kelisha were “I love you, IT’S BEEN NICE!”
