KENNETH LINCOLN REEVE

Kenneth Lincoln Reeve, age 69, of Freeport, O., passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 5, 2017, at Barnesville Hospital.

Born on June 27, 1948 in Mt. Clemens, Michigan, Kenneth was the son of the late Ernest E. and Stella M. (Denison) Reeve.  He served in the United States Army for four years. Kenneth was employed as an instrument mechanic for Marathon Oil until his retirement in 2000.   He was a member of the Jehovah’s Witness of Port Washington and he enjoyed golfing and camping.

On April 22, 1971, Kenneth married Carol (Symons) Reeve, who survives of the home.  Also surviving are their children Lynn (Christopher) Melton of Adrian, Michigan and Christine Reeve of Reno, Nevada; siblings Katherine (Alfred) Raynes of Indian Mound, Tennessee and Larry Reeve of Ferndale, Michigan; 4 grandchildren Robert Reeve, Carly Melton, Sarah Melton and Jonathon Reitz.

In keeping with Kenneth’s wishes, no calling hours or services will be observed.
