DONNA JOYCE SMART

Donna Joyce Smart, age 71, of Uhrichsville, passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at Trinity Twin City Hospital in Dennison, O., following a period of declining health.

Born January 18, 1950, in Hazard, Kentucky, Donna was the daughter of the late Carl Mullins Sr. and Mildred (Miller) Mullins.

Donna was formerly employed at Wayne Dalton and Fab Ohio.  She loved gardening, flowers, watching TV and music.

Donna is survived by children Melissa Smart, Tina Smart and Jason McGuire all of Uhrichsville; siblings Carl Mullins Jr. of New Philadelphia and Kenneth Ray Mullins (fiancé Ida Hurst) of Dover; grandchildren Montana Fernett, Samantha Stevens, Glenn Whitten and Levi Smart; numerous great grandchildren; nieces and nephews Emily Marie Wilson, Mikal Bloom, Jimmy Bloom, Aaron Mullins, Bryan Mullins and Danielle Mullins.

In addition to her parents, Donna is preceded in death by her siblings Betty Mahaffey, Floyd Mullins and Talmadge Mullins.

Funeral services for Donna will be held at 11 a.m., on Thursday, October 7, 2021, at the Uhrich-Hostettler English Funeral Home, Inc. at Uhrichsville, with the Rev. Mark Unrue officiating.  Burial will follow at Union Cemetery in Uhrichsville.

Calling hours will be from 4 to 8 p.m., on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at the funeral home.

Donna had the brightest smile anyone could ask for.  She was always helping someone and she would give the shirt off her back to help someone.
