GERALDINE “GERRY” MARIE WALDRON

Geraldine “Gerry” Marie Waldron, age 82, of Uhrichsville, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 18, 2021, at her residence. 

Born on June 12, 1938 in Tuscarawas, Gerry is the daughter of the late Eugene and Ada (Phillips) Reneker.

Gerry graduated from Tuscarawas Warwick High School.  She was a homemaker and a hard worker.  Gerry was Christian by Faith and lived her life for the Lord. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Christian Women’s Group.  Gerry enjoyed sewing, crafts and she loved to feed the birds.

Gerry is survived by her children Debbie Taylor of Uhrichsville, Linda Gargulio of Scottsdale, Arizona, Gladys (Roger) Dunlap of Freeport and Butch (Roxanne) Tedrick of New Philadelphia; siblings Gloria (George) Shepherd of Louisville and Cheryl Keeney of Branson, Missouri; nine grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Gerry is preceded in death by her husband Raymond  E. Waldron, who passed away April 26, 2011; her son Randy Tedrick; her siblings Robert and Clifford Reneker, Della Liggett and one great grandchild.

Funeral services for Gerry will be held at 1 p.m., on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at the Uhrich-Hostettler English Funeral Home, Inc., with the Pastor Tom Gruver officiating.  Burial will follow at Union Cemetery in Uhrichsville.

Calling hours will be from 11 to 1 (two hours prior to services) on Wednesday, at the funeral home.

Social distancing will be observed and guests are required to wear a facial covering at all times while at the funeral home.
