KENNETH “BUCKY” LORENZ JR.

Kenneth “Bucky” Lorenz Jr., age 45, of Uhrichsville, passed away on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at Trinity Twin City Hospital

Bucky was born on June 21, 1975, to Kenneth “Bucky” and Diana (Archer) Lorenz.  Bucky was a lifelong resident of the Twin City Area and was known by everyone.

Bucky did not know a stranger and if you liked to fish, you definitely wasn’t a stranger to Bucky.  On hot summer days and nights, if you wanted, Bucky you could find him at the dam fishing.

Bucky leaves behind his longtime companion Connie Sommers and her 2 sons, who were like sons to Bucky, Jamie and Nathan Marini; his newly born grandson Vincent James Marini and his sister Makanzie.  He also leaves behind his mother Diana Lorenz; sisters Tina Sommers and Diana (James) Smith; brothers Joseph “J.W.” (Vicki) Lorenz and Mark “Chili” Lorenz; along with numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Bucky is preceded in death by his father Kenneth “Bucky” Lorenz Sr; grandmother Ruth Archer; niece Melinda Beckley and 2 daughters Kimmy Lorenz and Kirstin Brown.

There will be no calling hours but a public memorial service will be held Wednesday, March 31, 2021, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the Uhrich-Hostettler English Funeral Home, Inc. at Uhrichsville.
