Margaret Patricia “Pat” Hines, age 85, of Uhrichsville, O., passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 8, 2015, at Union Hospital in Dover.
Pat was born November 20, 1929 at Dennison, the daughter of the late William and Margaret (Perkins) Robinson.
In 1948, Pat graduated from Uhrichsville High School. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Christian Church. Pat enjoyed playing bridge, making hook rugs and collecting homemade Santa Claus’ and Longaberger Baskets.
Pat is survived by her husband Walter S. Hines II, of the home. They would have celebrated 67 years of marriage in September. Also surviving is her son Walter S. Hines III of Uhrichsville; one sister Betty Robinson Lehigh Hargrave of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; two grandchildren Walter (Rachel) Hines IV of Uhrichsville and Justin Hines of Columbus; three great grandchildren Wyatt, Emily and Andrew.
In addition to her parents, Pat is preceded in death by a son Jeffrey D. Hines, who passed away April 13, 2010; four brothers and one sister.
Funeral services for Pat will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at the Uhrich-Hostettler English Funeral Home, Inc. at Uhrichsville, with the Rev. Gordon Furbay officiating. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery in Uhrichsville.
Calling hours will be from 11 to 1, (two hours prior to services) on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at the funeral home.
