Obituary

NANCY JEAN LEDSOME

Nancy Jean Ledsome, age 69, of Tuscarawas, passed away January 13, 2023 at Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital in Dover, following a brief illness.

Born July 17, 1953, in Dover, Nancy was the daughter of Steven and Marjorie (Shear) Trucinski.

In 1972, Nancy graduated from New Philadelphia High School.  She was employed at Genie Garage Door.  Nancy enjoyed playing on the play station and baking during the holidays.

On December 22, 1971, she married Russell D. Ledsome.  Mr. Ledsome passed away on July 18, 2019.  In addition to her husband, Nancy is preceded in death by a sister Cathy Myers.

Nancy is survived by her children David (Mary) Ledsome of Midvale and Danielle (Mike Sr.) Watters of Georgia; sister Linda Chewning; brother Steven Trucinski; grandchildren Derek Ledsome (fiancé Diane Fawcett), Dusti Ledsome, Michael Watters and Samantha Watters; great grandchildren Bentley, Kiayla, Easton, Ellie, Aaden and Avery.

A memorial service for Nancy will be held on Monday, January 16, 2023, at 6 p.m., at the Shel-Mar Estates Community Center.
