RONALD EDWARD CASTELLO
Ronald Edward Castello, age 65 of Uhrichsville, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at Trinity Twin City Hospital. He was born in Cambridge, Ohio on July 18, 1959, the son of the late Edward Louis and Mildred (Bouska) Castello.
In 1978, Ron graduated from Claymont High School. He was employed at Staneart Equipment for 42 years as a mechanic. Ron was Methodist by faith. He enjoyed working on automobiles and remodeling houses.
On December 21, 1990, Ron married Lorri (Rizer) Castello, who survives of the home. Also surviving are their children David (Lindsay) Crenshaw of West Lafayette, Helen (Eric) Metcalf of Canton and Tiffany (Chris) Akers of Uhrichsville; sister Patty (Alan) Dalpaiz; grandchildren Blake Akers, Carson Akers, Nate Metcalf, Jade Metcalf, Kyrei Metcalf, Jayden Metcalf, Jax Metcalf and Matthew Carr; mother-in-law Carol Rizer; sisters-in-law Kim Castello and Jackie Rizer; brothers-in-law Bobby (Evette) Rizer, Charles (April) Rizer, Ben (Tammy) Rizer and Henry (Kelly) Baker, along with numerous nieces and nephews and his cats Baylee and Bella.
In addition to his parents, Ron is preceded in death by a brother Rick Castello; father-in-law James T. Rizer Sr. and brother-in-law James T. Rizer II.
In keeping with Ron’s wishes, no services or calling hours will be observed.
