TIMOTHY RAY EDWARDS

Timothy Ray Edwards, age 74, of Uhrichsville, passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at Union Hospital in Dover, O., following an unexpected illness. 

Born on October 10, 1946, in Uhrichsville, Tim is the son of the late Eddie and Marjorie (Dickey) Edwards.

In 1964, Tim graduated from Uhrichsville High School and was employed at Conrail Railroad for 25 years as an engineer.  He was a member of Park Christian Church.  Tim enjoyed woodworking, fishing, bowling, playing cards, boogie boarding and vacationing with his family at the beach.  He was a good dancer and he loved helping others in need.

Tim is survived by his wife Judith A. (Kauffman) Edwards, whom he married October 8, 2008; his children Crystal (Kenny) Weber of Uhrichsville, Tina (Kirk) Keifer of Carrollton, Timmy Edwards of Dennison, Michael (Darlene) Cottrell of Uhrichsville, Lori (Lonnie Smart) Cottrell of Dennison, Melinda (Greg) Grant of Uhrichsville and Kurt (Rachelle) Cottrell of Dennison; his siblings Eddie “Whitey” Edwards of Uhrichsville and Linda Fox of Columbus; grandchildren Ashly, Candice (Stof), Kenny, Lauriel (Jordan), Mitch (Tabby), Cambria, Brandi, Michelle (Keith), Alicia (Ryan), Michael (Elisha), Ethan, Emily, Alyssa and Braden; great grandchildren Kynlee, Brynn, Jackson, Paisley, Daxton, Barrett, Blakely, Hadley, Jerrod, Kaylie, Drake, Bryson, Mady, Brandon, Braxton and Brody.

Memorial services for Tim will be held at 7 p.m., on Wednesday, December 30, 2020, at Park Christian Church, with the Pastor Scot Caley officiating.

Calling hours will be from 5 to 7 p.m., (two hours prior to services) on Wednesday, at the church.

Masks and social distancing will be required.
