WILBUR THOMAS EVERETT

Wilbur Thomas Everett, age 80, of Uhrichsville, O., passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2021, at the Community Hospice Truman House in New Philadelphia, following a brief illness.

Born March 25, 1941, in Gnadenhutten, O., Wilbur is the son of the late Eugene and Wilma (Miller) Everett.

Wilbur graduated from Tuscarawas Warwick High School and was employed as a truck driver at Dover Chemical for 30 years.  He loved gardening, pulling his antique tractor at tractor pulls, going to auctions and bringing home many treasures.  He also attended Fry’s Valley Church.

Wilbur is survived by his children Vicki (Kevin) West, Ronald E. Everett and Theron J. (Tricia) Everett all of Bolivar, O.; his siblings Dale Everett, David (Brenda) Everett, Wendell (Sandy) Everett all of Gnadenhutten, O. and Shelba Lambert of Columbus, O.; his grandchildren Tyler and Hayden West, Morgan, Connor and William Everett; and sister-in-law Judy Everett of Uhrichsville, O.

In addition to his parents, Wilbur is preceded in death by his wife Catherine Ann (Ronald) Everett, who passed away June 21, 2005; and two brothers Clyde and Glenn Everett.

Funeral services for Wilbur will be held at 1 p.m., on Thursday, October 28, 2021, at the Uhrich-Hostettler English Funeral Home, Inc., in Uhrichsville, O., with the Pastor David Geyer officiating.  Burial will follow at Fry’s Valley Cemetery.

Calling hours will be from 12 to 1 (one hour prior to services) on Thursday October 28, 2021 at the funeral home.
