CAROLYN SUE REED

Carolyn Sue Reed, age 71, of Gnadenhutten, passed into the Lord’s care, early Saturday, September 3, 2016, on her beloved family farm.

She was preceded in death by her parents James and Gail (Dingey) Campbell and two brothers Glen and James Campbell.

Carolyn is survived by her husband Gary Reed, whom she married January 4, 1964 and three children Robin (Rick) Pankuch of Columbus, Dawn Reed Enochs of Gnadenhutten and Troy (Michelle) Reed of Grove City.  She is also survived by six grandchildren Caitlin and Coryden Enochs, Christopher and Zachary Pankuch, Morgan and Rhiann Reed; four great grandchildren Joey, Keeley and Kanden Gastaldo and Lillian Enochs; two sisters Shirley Bachie of Dover and Francis (Richard) Horvath of Florida.  Also many extended nieces, nephews and cousins.  She leaves behind her two very loved dogs Shadow and Squirt and her cat Socks.

She was a member of the former First Baptist Church of Port Washington, now Church of New Hope.

Services officiated by Pastor Mike Crank will be held on Friday, September 9, 2016 at 12 noon, at the Uhrich-Hostettler English Funeral Home, Inc. at Uhrichsville.  Burial will follow at Gnadenhutten Cemetery.

Calling hours will be from 5 to 8 p.m., on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at the funeral home and one hour prior to services on Friday.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
